Objectives of this Role:
- Concepting and executing creative projects according to brief
- Generate new and fresh ideas
- Ensure brand consistency for each client
- Create design of requested materials and obtain approval from the leader
- Retouch and manipulate images
- Liaise with other teams to achieve the expected KPIs
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Complete projects according to the deadline
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Keeping up-to-date with new trends
- Upload all final/raw material to the Krona drive
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the creative agency industry
- Proficient in using design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Preferably has knowledge and experience in photo/videography and UI/UX design
- Has a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Able to translate design briefs to actual visual outcomes
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Has an understanding of the latest trends and their roles within a commercial environment
- Able to demonstrate great communication skills
- Able to work well individually and in a team

Objectives of this Role:
- Develop and manage a detailed project timeline and work plan
- Predict resources needed and develop a plan to ensure the objectives are being met
- Prepare a budget based on services, scope of work, and resource requirements
- Monitor the project costs to ensure it meets the budget
- Monitor progress and make adjustments when needed
- Monitor deliverables and ensure that they meet the KPIs and are delivered on time
- Work together with internal teams and ensure all processes are in line with the expected results
- Work together with vendors and supervise the progress to ensure the project is in accordance with the strategy, request, resources, and deadline
- Provide project updates to the internal teams about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize project or task management tools and ensure they support the team’s work progress
- Assign tasks to team members and oversee their progress
- Guide the team and make sure the team is cohesively functioning
- Ensure good documentation on project timeline, progress report, requests, and other production-related documents
- Available to attend client events when needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in related fields
- Preferably has experience working at a digital agency
- Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
