In mid-May, following the successful pitching of a content activation campaign leveraging LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness, establish brand positioning, and improve brand reputation for GoCorp in both Indonesia and Singapore, Krona secured the management of GoTo’s digital campaign. This six-month engagement involves close coordination with the GoTo Corporate Affairs team. This adds to Krona’s impressive portfolio, which already includes managing GoCorp and working with GoTo’s Midtrans unit on their social media and digital campaigns focused on payment gateway and disbursement management services in 2021.
Krona’s strategic plan for GoTo includes highlighting the impact of GoTo’s brand tagline, optimizing and amplifying social media channels—Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok—and ensuring a consumer-focused approach. The goal is to build a positive perception of GoTo as a world-class Indonesian company and ignite excitement about GoTo as Indonesia’s tech champion, with the nation’s best interests at its core.
By implementing this digital campaign strategy, Krona aims to engage both millennials and Gen Z, fostering meaningful connections, driving brand loyalty, and ultimately helping GoTo achieve its business objectives.
GoTo Group is Indonesia’s largest digital ecosystem, with a mission to “empower progress” by offering technology infrastructure and solutions that enable everyone to thrive in the digital economy. The GoTo ecosystem includes on-demand transport, e-commerce, food and grocery delivery, logistics and fulfillment, and financial services through the Gojek, Tokopedia, and GoTo Financial platforms.

Simultaneously, Krona has secured another significant pitch with Kemkominfo’s directorate general SDPPI (Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika). This 7 months partnership involves managing all digital channels owned by Kemkominfo SDPPI, including social media management and content production. The campaign aims to strengthen SDPPI’s brand identity, clarify its role, and enhance positive engagement with stakeholders, particularly in the telecommunications and technology sectors.
This strategy follows a thorough assessment and audit, evaluating Kominfo’s social media presence and comparing it with other government digital services. The approach focuses on proactive communication, education, and engagement to gradually shift public opinion and improve SDPPI’s reputation over time. Key components include consistency, transparency, and genuine efforts to address concerns.
SDPPI, part of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, oversees frequency services in Indonesia.
This directorate general is responsible for formulating and implementing policies in the areas of radio frequency spectrum management and satellite orbits, as well as standardizing postal and informatics devices.
